The way I think about it: somewhere in almost every business, there are two or three hours a day being spent on things a well built system could handle in seconds. I find those hours and I build the system.

So far that has meant outreach pipelines, agentic lead qualification, speed to lead systems, content engines, and proposal generators. The technology changes depending on the problem. The goal is always the same: less manual work, more output, nothing falling through the cracks.
